our 12 little runts
Here are some pics of our beloved puppies. They are now 3 weeks of age, got de-wormed today, and are just figuring out that they each have a voice in the world. (ie-they're barking a LOT) They've also just gotten tall enough to nurse standing up, as the 2nd picture proves. The vet today said he was amazed at how healthy all 12 of them are, and he gives full credit to Suzie for that. She's definitely a good mama. We're about to create a separate blog for them so that we can advertise using pictures, so we'll let you know what the link is if you want to see more pics. We intend to start auctioning them off at 6 wks. By then I'll be ready to say adios b/c they'll be all over the place! If anyone is interested in one or knows of someone looking for a great dog, please let us know. We've already got 2 of the 12 promised to people, so 10 more to go!

jason- thanks for the comment. i would love the contacts in oaxaca. i forget what size of town is around there, b/c we need a fairly-functioning OR(we provide everything, it's just we need autoclaves and the rooms basically). but i think the utah chapter is very open to anywhere we can get contacts at a local hospital (or the mission). i have heard rumors that we are going back to el salvador next year, but i don't think that's final yet. i would love to drop oaxaca into the schedule though, especially since roca blanca is right there and who knows what kinds of contacts could be made for surgeries and church. cindy has my email. let me know. glad you two(and a half) are back and safe! i would love to support you guys living down there....
